If something is not working, tell us what you were trying to do, which AI host you were using and what happened.
Connection or sign-in problem
Include the host you are using (for example ChatGPT or Claude) and the point where the connection stopped. Never send a password or one-time code.
Report or career-state question
Tell us whether the issue concerns Reality Check, Career Intelligence, Resume Check or JD Match. Do not send more personal information than needed to identify the issue.
Payment or entitlement
Include the email used for the Tevara account and a payment reference if available. Do not send full card details.
